The functionalities of the Pilot and Professional Edition are identical which makes the Pilot edition ideal for first time use. Furthermore neither liscence limits in the type, number or complexity of both question and answer possibilities. Dependent on the size of the research, and the method used to contact participants, the variable costs are calculated: per e-mail and per participant.
A participant is someone who partly, or fully, answers the questionnaire. Participants are bought as part of a package deal in advance. The more participants are bought, the lower the price per participant, while a number between 100 and 10,000 can be bought. The Unlimited Edition of course has the additional advantage of being able to use the purchased participants for several different research project and questionnaires. You thereby have a large pool of participants at your disposal. Additional participants can be purchased online at any given moment; You will automatically be notified via e-mail when a self-defined remainder number is reached.
NetQuestionnaires's advanced and powerful e-mail tool presents a simple way to invite participants to participate in your research- no matter whether this regards a few individuals or many thousands.
Participants who have started but not completed the questionnaire, can be sent reminder e-mails so as to further increase the response rate. A small charge is calculated per e-mail.
In case you intend to include many participants in your research, perhaps through an existing internetpanel, then it is possible to buy all variable costs per respondent and e-mail in a package deal. We gladly assist you further in this option.
